Welcome to Terra Nourish (terranourish.in). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by anyone else.
To place an order, you must be able to form a legally binding contract, which generally means you should be at least 18 years old or be placing the order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We try to describe and display our products, including superfoods, dry fruits, gourmet foods, green tea, and gifting items, as accurately as possible. Colours, packaging, and weights may vary slightly from images shown due to photography, natural variation in food products, or supplier packaging changes.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, and we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative where this happens.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes are included or added as shown at checkout. We make every effort to display prices accurately, but in case of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering through the payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, Shopify-supported payment gateways.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown at checkout or on our Return & Refund Policy / Shipping information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders may be cancelled as per the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
